As a Civil CAD Design Engineer Trainer, your primary role will be to provide comprehensive training and support to civil engineers and designers in utilizing CAD software and tools for civil engineering design and drafting. You will play a critical role in enhancing their CAD skills and proficiency, ensuring they can effectively apply CAD technology to civil engineering projects.

1. Develop and deliver training programs: Create training materials, courses, and workshops specifically tailored to the needs of civil engineers and designers. Cover topics such as CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroStation), 2D/3D modeling, land development design, site plans, grading, and civil design principles.

2. Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field.
3. Proven experience as a civil CAD design engineer or in a similar role.
4. In-depth knowledge of civil engineering design principles, land development, site planning, and grading.
5. Strong communication and presentation skills.
6. Ability to deliver engaging and effective training sessions.
7. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
