• Conduct market research to identify industry trends and best practices.
• Assist in testing and validation of software applications.
• Provide ongoing support to end-users for seamless adoption.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a tech-driven environment.
• Proficiency in requirement gathering and data analysis.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies.
• Previous experience in IT Domain is must.
• Must be Qualified Engineer or MBA in IT.
